Manage your account and billing
This information appears on your invoices and is used to log in.
Leave blank if you don't want to change your password.
Set your default sales tax rate. This rate is automatically applied to commercial invoices when created. Residential jobs default to 0% (most states don't tax residential HVAC labor). You can always override the rate on any individual invoice before sending it.
Residential jobs — always start at 0% regardless of this setting. You can still add tax manually on the invoice if needed.
Per-invoice override — any invoice can have its tax rate changed individually before being sent. Changes recalculate totals instantly.
Reference only — always verify the current rate with your accountant or state tax authority.
Rates shown are state base rates only. Local/city rates may add 0–5%. Consult your accountant for the rate applicable to your service area.
