❓ Common Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes — plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account stays active but new work orders will be paused until you add a payment method. All your existing data is safe.
How does the team seat limit work?
Each active user (owner, admin, dispatcher, or technician) counts as one seat. Disabled accounts don't count toward your limit.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts — all plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time from the billing portal with no penalties.
